17 – 23 December 2025 | Applications for Faculty Representative, School of Foreign Languages and English Preparatory School Representative, Information Technology Vocational School Representative
will be submitted through the EMU Student Portal.
Students must also upload the character certificate they will obtain from the Gazimağusa Police Department to the Student Portal during the application process. Candidacy applications will officially end on 23 December 2025 at 12:00.

24 December 2025 | Evaluation of candidates according to the specified criteria. Announcement of the candidacies of students whose applications are deemed valid for Faculty, School of Foreign Languages and English Preparatory School, and Information Technology Vocational School Representative positions.

25-29 December 2025 | Candidate campaigning period. The campaigning period will officially end on 29 December 2025 at 17:00.

30 December 2025 (09:30 AM - 4:00 PM) | In the elections for Faculty, Vocational Schools, and School of Foreign Languages and English Preparatory School Representatives, each student will cast their vote online through their EMU Student Portal. |

| The election of the Student Council Executive Board will be held at 15:30 in the Activity Center Building.
