Light Within: Sunrise Yoga x Photography

The EMU Yoga Club and EMU Photography Club are collaborating for a unique sunrise experience by the sea! Join us for “Light Within,” a morning dedicated to mindfulness, movement, and creativity.

As the sun rises over the horizon, we’ll begin our yoga flow — synchronizing breath and movement while Photography Club members capture stunning silhouette shots of the practice. Participants will also learn a few graceful yoga poses designed for sunrise photography and have the chance to take individual and group photos by the beach, including fun acro-yoga poses.

This event combines yoga, art, and community to remind us that the real light always shines from within. 🌞✨
